The Airplane Private Pilot License PPL(A) is based on the common European EASA FCL, which requires good knowledge of English language, in accordance with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and of course good medical and health status.

In order to acquire the license, you should attend a 100-hour Ground School, lasting approximately 2 to 3 weeks. The frequency of the Ground School courses is about 3 times a week between 08.00 to 16.00, Monday to Friday, at the Aeroservices Flight Academy facilities based at Megara Airport in Attica Greece.

You will also need to compete at least 45 hours of Flight Training.

Aids-Books-Maps-Flight Computers-Log Books etc. (Not Government Deposits) are included in the price above.

The Aero-Medical Examination, (not included in the above price), is carried out by an Aero-Medical Doctor and cost about 150 Euros.

The Ground School payment is completed at the beginning of the Ground Courses.

Flight training hours which usually start about a month after the beginning of the course are paid in advance. That means that one hour of flight is prepaid before you fly. Of course, you can prepay an amount corresponding to a larger number of flight training hours.

Please note that the aforementioned prices, particularly those of the fuel, may change any time without any warning or commitment on behalf of AERSERVICES S.A
